Bill Truex
President/ Owner
Bill Truex has been involved in the construction industry since 1992. He has been a licensed contractor since, and is well known in the industry and community. He was a Field Superintendent for many years with Halvorson Homes and has built commercial, as well as residential buildings. He was involved with new construction sales at Robert Miller Homes where he held his broker’s real estate license. Bill is a Certified Graduate Builder, Certified Green Building Professional (in 1st graduating class) and is certified in mold remediation. Bill has lived in the Englewood Area since 1991 and is/ has been a member of the following organizations:

Andrea Truex/ Owner
Vice President of Marketing & Human Resources
As Vice President of Marketing and Human Resources for Truex Preferred Construction, Andrea is responsible for the branding, marketing strategy and employee selection for the organization. Andrea has been in the Health Care Industry since 1990 and is currently the Director of Critical Care at Englewood Community Hospital where she has been employed in various roles since 1991. In her position she supervises sixty-five employees. Andrea has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Indianapolis and is planning on pursuing a Doctorate Nurse Practioner with FSU in the fall of 2012. She is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, Certified Progressive Care Nurse, Certified Critical Care Nurse and Certified Nurse Executive.
Andrea is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurse's and PEO. She has held several board member positions, chaired community health fairs and is involved in obtaining scholarships funds for students in medical related fields. She also volunteers at the Virginia B. Andes Free Health Clinic and the Englewood Community Care Clinic.
Andrea is a co-chair for the YMCA's annual fundraising event, which she has been part of the committee for the past several years. She has also been the co-chair of the Englewood Cape Haze Area Chamber of Commerce Installation Banquet for the last two years and is slated for 2012. She was the class President of the 2011 Leadership Englewood Class.
