Farlow’s on the Water

Farlow’s on The Water Restaurant was a two phase project.  Phase I was an exterior remodel that consisted of removing an old canvas canopy and replacing with a metal standing seam roof. The exterior was also painted, columns and beams stained and brick pavers installed at the entrance along with new propane gas fixtures.

Phase II was a complete interior and surrounding exterior restaurant renovation.  From top to bottom the interior was remodeled with new fixtures, furnishings and equipment.  The entire floor plan was redesigned to add more space to the interior as well as the exterior work and dining areas.  The Kitchen was doubled in size allowing more room for all new state-of-the-art kitchen equipment and prep areas.  A new interior dining area was added with surrounding glass windows overlooking the lush tropical landscaping and scenic water views.  Outside additional overhead canopies were added, a new extended brick paver patio, custom brick seating and gas fire pit.
