The Lemon Bay Professional Center Phase I project consisted of removing the tile roofing and replacing with approximately 18,000 square feet of metal rib roofing, the removal and installation of 29 new archways, installation of new aluminum railings for all stairways, waterproofing of all second level walkways with a synthetic 4 part floor system, and resurfacing of the parking areas.

Phase II of the Lemon Bay Professional Center project consisted of removing of two radius overhang balconies and the installation of new railings.
