• Michael Saunders - Springs Plaza

  

  Truex Preferred Construction gutted and renovated a 5,500 sq ft building along with a 1600 sq ft exterior space for Michael Saunders employee lounge and gathering space. We completed the project in 92 calendar days , received rave reviews from the city of North Port and Michael Saunders.

• Duffy's Golf Course Club House

  

  This 3,000 sq. ft building along with porch, parking lot and interior design demonstrates how budgets were maintained, design was not only taken into consideration but to include the functionality for service to their customers.

• Dr. Cislo's Office

  

  This project was a referral from Dr. Cislo after completing the North Port Medical Center. The project consisted of the teardown and replacement of the inside and outside wall along with interior work and repairing roofing problems.
