- Once a pre-contract deposit is received, we’ll kick off the design process.

- We’ll submit a final estimate with a detailed scope of work.
- You’ll approve the final layout and material selections.

Signing the Contract
Once you’re happy with the design and estimate, we’ll finalize the agreement.
- You’ll sign the final estimate, which includes all chosen materials and finishes.
- We’ll set clear milestones for project completion.

Getting Ready (Procurement)
Behind the scenes, we’re busy preparing everything for construction.
- The Truex Team will acquire all your chosen finish materials and schedule their delivery.
- Construction will begin once all materials are on-site, ensuring a smooth start.

Planning the Build

- Your Project Manager will create a detailed timeline for your project.
- We’ll keep you informed about when work will begin.
- A pre-construction review will happen on-site with your Project Manager to go over everything.

Construction Begins!

- Milestone objectives are outlined and confirmed with your approval.
- Construction officially begins!

Project Closeout
We’re not finished until you’re completely satisfied with your new space.
- We’ll provide all final documentation.
- The final invoice is paid.
